Work next to our current incredible Pelvic PT that has over 10 years of PT experience, 6 being specifically in Pelvic. For newer pelvic therapists, we believe in investing in your future. If you're early in your pelvic health journey, we will cover the cost of Herman & Wallace Level 1 and provide hands-on mentorship to guide you every step of the way. You'll build confidence, skill, and clinical excellence in a truly supportive environment. Our Pelvic PT's spend 40 minutes with each patient and see around 12 patients in a 10 hour shift. With 2 private rooms dedicated to our pelvic patients, we make sure the environment is comfortable and you have everything you need to perform your job seamlessly. Responsibilities: Applying your clinical reasoning to assess movement dysfunction and identify underlying causes through patient history and physical examination. Collaboratively developing and adjusting evidence-based plans of care that reflect each patient's goals, needs, and lifestyle. Delivering skilled interventions, including therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, neuromuscular re-education, and modalities, to improve function and reduce pain. Tracking meaningful patient outcomes and adjusting your approach based on progress and clinical presentation. Serving as a trusted resource and advocate for your patients throughout their recovery journey. Qualifications: Passion around serving others!
