JAG Physical Therapy is seeking a Pelvic Health Physical Therapist to provide evidence-based, compassionate care for patients with pelvic floor and related musculoskeletal conditions. In this role, you will perform comprehensive evaluations, develop and implement individualized treatment plans, and use manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and patient education to restore function and reduce pain. You will collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team, document progress, and participate in quality and outcome initiatives. Conduct comprehensive pelvic health and musculoskeletal evaluations
Develop and implement individualized, evidence-based treatment plans
Provide manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and neuromuscular re-education
Educate patients on self-management, home exercise programs, and lifestyle modifications
Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare providers for coordinated care
Document assessments, treatment, and patient progress in the EMR system
Participate in quality improvement and outcome measurement initiatives
Engage in continuing education and professional development in pelvic health
Support patient scheduling, follow-up, and clinic workflow as needed
