Description
Intermountain Health is seeking a Pelvic Health Physical Therapist to join our mission-driven, patient-centered team in Salt Lake City. In this specialized role, you will evaluate and treat patients with pelvic floor and related musculoskeletal conditions, using evidence-based interventions to restore function and improve quality of life. You will design individualized treatment plans, provide manual therapy and therapeutic exercise, educate patients on self-management, and collaborate closely with physicians and multidisciplinary teams. Develop and implement individualized, goal-oriented pelvic health treatment plans
Provide manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and neuromuscular re-education for pelvic floor dysfunction
Educate patients on self-management, lifestyle modifications, and home exercise programs
Collaborate with physicians, nurse practitioners, and other clinicians for coordinated care
Document assessments, treatment plans, and progress in the EMR accurately and timely
Participate in quality improvement, clinical protocols, and best-practice initiatives
Provide patient and community education on pelvic health and preventive care
Maintain compliance with regulatory, ethical, and organizational standards
Engage in continuing education and mentorship to advance pelvic health expertise
Pelvic floor assessment and treatment
Orthopedic and musculoskeletal evaluation
Manual therapy techniques
Therapeutic exercise prescription
Neuromuscular re-education
Patient education and counseling
Treatment planning and care coordination
Electronic medical record documentation

Pelvic Rehabilitation Practitioner Certification (PRPC) preferred
CPR/BLS certification
