About the Organization
Our client, Lower Umpqua Hospital, is a 20-bed acute care facility. LUH has a growing and busy Rehab Department with a close-knit and stable team.

This role is ideal for a Physical Therapist who wants clinical variety, strong team culture, and the lifestyle of coastal Oregon.

Compensation & benefits

• $65–$80 per hour, depending on experience.
• Medical, dental, vision, life, disability, paid time off, retirement, and flexible spending account options.
• Health benefits begin the first of the month after 30 days; life and disability after 90 days.
• Preferred start date within 45 days of hire.

Requirements

Candidate profile

• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current or eligible Oregon Physical Therapist license.
• Current Basic Life Support certification.
• Pelvic floor experience or certification is preferred, but training support may be available.
• Recent graduates are welcome to apply.
