Requirements
4+ years of experience in hand/upper extremity therapy. Current CHT credential is a plus
Strong orthosis fabrication skills
Sustainable and ethical billing practices and defensible , timely documentation
A friendly, helpful nature — you build rapport easily with patients, referring providers, and teammates alike
A desire to mentor the next generation of hand therapists
