We’re hiring a Pelvic Health Physical Therapist or Occupational Therapist.

Where: SW Portland/Tigard, Oregon
What: Full-time preferred; part-time considered
Compensation: $80,000–$115,000 annually for full-time employment

We’re Mendwell Pelvic Health, and we built this practice around a pretty simple idea: pelvic health clinicians should be supported in doing their best work in an environment built around pelvic health.
That means longer sessions. One patient at a time. Your own private treatment room. Protected time for documentation. A thoughtful caseload ramp-up. And a team of pelvic health PTs and OTs who understand the work you do and who collaborate on cases.
We take care of the environment so you can focus on taking care of your patients.
The role, in plain English.
You’ll help people navigate pelvic floor conditions during some of the most personal and vulnerable seasons of their lives.
You’ll evaluate and treat patients one-on-one, create thoughtful treatment plans, and help people understand what’s happening in a way that feels clear, calm, and manageable.
Our caseload is primarily perinatal, with additional opportunities to work in male pelvic health, pediatrics, post-surgical recovery, and other areas of pelvic health.

You won’t be the lone pelvic health clinician trying to carve out space in a practice built around something else. You’ll work alongside PTs and OTs who share your specialty, enjoy learning from one another, and genuinely collaborate.
And the setup matters. You’ll have longer treatment sessions, protected documentation time, AI-assisted documentation, and your own private room. You’ll never be asked to treat concurrent patients.
You’ll also have time to build your caseload thoughtfully. We don’t expect you to walk in on Monday and have a packed schedule by Tuesday.
What you’ll actually do.
- Evaluate and treat pelvic floor conditions in a private, one-on-one setting
- Create individualized treatment plans for the patient in front of you
- Help patients understand their condition, treatment options, and self-care strategies
- Provide inclusive, affirming, and whole-person care
- Collaborate through team huddles, case discussions, and shared learning
- Complete documentation with protected time and AI-assisted support
- Keep developing your clinical skills through mentorship and continuing education
What you’ll get here.
- $80,000–$115,000 in expected full-time annual compensation, based on revenue share model

Requirements
Who we’re hoping to meet.
You’ll need:
A master’s or doctoral degree in Physical Therapy or Occupational Therapy
Current Oregon licensure or eligibility to obtain it
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
A commitment to respectful and affirming care
A willingness to collaborate, ask questions, and keep learning
Nice to have:
Pelvic health clinical experience
Training in trauma-informed care
Experience caring for diverse patient populations
Also worth saying: new graduates are welcome.
We have a strong training pathway, and we care a lot more about your mindset, clinical judgment, willingness to learn, and how you care for people than about pretending everyone should already know everything.
