At Niche Performance & Wellness, we believe in quality over quantity. Our treatment centers on building strong therapeutic relationships and achieving meaningful outcomes through evidence-based, one-on-one patient-specific care. 

We are seeking a highly motivated, responsible, and positive team member who desires to expand on their manual therapy skills and take advantage of an established caseload to join our physical therapy clinic. An experienced administrative staff offers supportive scheduling and billing. 

We have a strong and growing interest in pelvic floor physical therapy, and welcome applicants with experience or a desire to specialize in this area. Mentorship and training support are available if you’re looking to grow your skills in pelvic health. 

Duties and Responsibilities

• 50-55 minute 1:1 treatment sessions focused on orthopedic and pelvic health conditions
• Conduct thorough evaluations and develop customized treatment plans
• Educate patients on movement, injury preventions, and self-care strategies
• Collaborate with a supportive and experienced team
• Participate in community events and outreach initiatives to promote wellness and grow awareness of our practice

Requirements

Requirements:

•    Graduate of an accredited PT program
•    Current Illinois state licensure
•    CPR Certification
•    Clinical or job experience of treating pelvic health conditions

Recommendations:

• Interest in trigger point dry needling
• Pilates experience
• Interest in Menopause-informed care
