Job Summary Are you looking for: 1. A place that focuses on the patient experience - especially for pelvic health? We provide one-on-one care by the PT/PTA for 40 minutes for follow-ups and 60 min evals or 40 min if one body part non complex. We also have a Menopause program so our team of pelvic health PTs and PTAs can mentor our 50 women in a supportive coaching wellness membership program. 2. Supportive team environment with great support staff to help keep you on time and clean and greet patients? We provide coaching via monthly team meetings and semi-monthly "lunch and learns" as well as one on one development. 3. Greater earning potential? We provide a competitive salary and there is a quarterly bonus system built on quarterly metrics for therapists and then monthly team goals based on sales of our Regenerative and Wellness services to our clients. 6. Or how about coaching and learning opportunities? If you want to be challenged and be the best version of yourself professionally and personally we can provide that accountability. Weekly there is an all provider meetings, monthly scorecard meetings with Operations Manager, formal mentorship with lead clinicians, and a generous continuing education package. We encourage new grads to have monthly co-treats or more often as needed with PTs on the team that have years of experience. 7. Do you need student loan repayment plans? We are willing to help with that if that is needed as part of the entire offer. About us: We are an outpatient orthopedic physical therapy clinic in Lacey, WA helping patients to stay active and mobile avoiding surgeries & meds whenever possible. We do have quite a few post-op patients and we commit ourselves to great post-op care as well. Dr. Penrose has done speaking engagements with several of the orthopedic surgeons in town and has interviewed a few on her Podcast "Stay Healthy South Sound." We commit to educating our community via workshops, newspaper articles, free tips reports, blogs, social media posts, podcasts, and free screenings and discovery consult visits. We treat the whole person and offer health and wellness solutions via cash programs like regenerative therapies, personal training & pilates, massage therapy and weight loss/wellness coaching through low glycemic impact eating. Responsibilities What We are looking for: Someone who loves to learn and adapts to change and believes in manual therapy, functional movement, & patient education Committed to learning about regenerative therapies and how to integrate that into a physical therapy plan of care Someone who can build trust with patients quickly and is motivated to improve the relationships with patients Someone who listens and wants to collaborate as a team and values team growth Committed to professionalism & growth outside of direct patient care: workshops, screenings, health fairs, team building Committed to talking to patients about overall health and promoting our wellness services that align with patient goals/values: personal training, massage, Yoga, Pilates, and weight loss. CPR Certification Licensed Physical Therapy Compensation: $80,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
