- Physical Therapist - Full Time
Description
We're looking for a Physical Therapist to take on a full-time role with one of our area clients. You'll help patients move better, feel better, and stay active—whether they're recovering from an injury or managing long-term conditions. Apply today and a recruiter will reach out with the details.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
- Active North Carolina PT license required to start.
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
- Minimum of 2 years clinical experience preferred. New graduates will be considered with participation in the mentoring program.
- Experience or interest in outpatient orthopedics and treating high-functioning, high-level patients, including pre- and post-surgical care and vestibular/vertigo cases.
- Experience with or willingness to perform dry needling. Certification preferred.
- Comfort working in a small, growing, PT-owned outpatient clinic team environment.

Clinic Details:
- Outpatient, PT-owned orthopedic clinic. Brand new facility.
- Clinic is in a growing rural area north of Fort Bragg.
- Current team: 2 full-time PTs and 3 part-time PTAs. Open to hiring one PT and either a PTA or PT.
- Typical caseload: 1-hour initial evaluations; follow-up visits typically scheduled at two patients per hour. A tech assists with patient care to support clinicians.
- EMR: Stride with AI transcription features.
Patient Population and Clinical Focus:
- Vestibular/vertigo patients.
- Pre- and post-surgical orthopedic patients.
- High-level and high-functioning patients, including active military and dependents from nearby Fort Bragg.
