Description
We're looking for a Physical Therapist to take on a full-time role with one of our area clients. You'll help patients move better, feel better, and stay active—whether they're recovering from an injury or managing long-term conditions. Apply today and a recruiter will reach out with the details.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school approved by the APTA.
- Active Arizona state Physical Therapy license is required to start the position.
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
- Ability to provide one-on-one care. Clinicians are supported by a dedicated tech for most patients.
- New graduates may apply. Preference given to clinicians with outpatient experience and relevant certifications (dry needling, ASTYM, pelvic floor, vestibular, etc.).

Position Details
- Location type: Outpatient clinic in Anthem, AZ.
- Team composition: mix of PTs, PTAs, and OTs.
- Visit lengths: Evaluations 60 minutes. Follow-ups 30 minutes.
- Open to Relocation candidates
