Description
BreakThrough Physical Therapy seeks a Pelvic Health Physical Therapist for our outpatient clinics in Fayetteville, NC. In this role, you will provide one-on-one, evidence-based care for patients with pelvic pain, incontinence, prenatal/postpartum concerns, and related conditions. Responsibilities include comprehensive evaluations, individualized treatment planning, pelvic floor rehabilitation, and clear patient education. You’ll document in our EMR, collaborate with a supportive clinical team, and participate in mentorship, continuing education, and program development in a patient-first, community-oriented environment.Provide one-on-one pelvic health physical therapy evaluations and individualized treatment plans
Deliver evidence-based interventions for pelvic pain, incontinence, prenatal/postpartum and related conditions
Educate patients on pelvic floor function, self-management, and home exercise programs
Collaborate with referring providers and interdisciplinary care team to optimize outcomes
Document assessments, progress notes, and treatment plans in EMR accurately and timely
Participate in mentorship, continuing education, and clinical case reviews
Contribute to program development and community education on pelvic health topics
Uphold patient-first, compassionate care in a respectful outpatient setting

Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in North Carolina
Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent entry-level PT degree
Specialization or coursework in pelvic health or women’s health PT preferred
Pelvic floor rehabilitation training (e.g., Herman & Wallace or APTA courses) preferred
Current BLS/CPR certification
