Description
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Pelvic Floor Physical Therapist to join our team on a part-time basis. This position is ideal for a clinician who values individualized care, collaboration, and ongoing professional growth. You will work in a supportive environment that prioritizes quality over volume, with hour-long, one-on-one patient appointments.
As part of a small, woman-owned practice, you’ll have the opportunity to contribute meaningfully to a close-knit team that values connection, autonomy, and personalized patient care. Your voice and expertise will help shape both the patient experience and the continued growth of the practice.
Key Responsibilities
* Evaluate and treat female patients with pelvic floor dysfunction
* Provide specialized care for pregnancy and postpartum patients
* Develop individualized treatment plans using strong orthopedic and manual therapy skills
* Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes and experience
* Maintain timely and thorough documentation (with paid documentation time built into your schedule)
* Participate in community events focused in women's health, fitness and/or perinatal health

* Part-time schedule (23–27 hours/week), 2.5-3 days/week

Requirements
Qualifications
* Massachusetts Licensed Physical Therapist
* Minimum 2+ years of experience in pelvic health preferred
* Strong orthopedic background required
* Experience or strong interest in pregnancy and postpartum care required
* Excellent communication and patient-centered care skills
* Passion for collaboration, teamwork and continued learning
