Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement individualized treatment plans based on thorough evaluations of patients' conditions and needs.
• Administer manual therapy techniques and various modalities to promote recovery and improve function.
• Conduct regular reassessments to monitor patient progress and adjust treatment approaches as necessary.
• Educate patients about their conditions, treatment options, and ways to maintain their progress outside of therapy sessions.
• Document patient evaluations, treatment plans, and progress consistent with practice and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with administrative staff to ensure efficient patient scheduling and workflow management.
• Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities to enhance therapeutic skills.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our client base is diverse, primarily consisting of patients seeking rehabilitation from orthopedic-related issues. We particularly focus on pelvic floor rehabilitation and other specialized orthopedic conditions. Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy or related field (required).
• A valid Physical Therapy License in the state of California (required).
• CPR Certification is preferred.
• Proven experience in outpatient orthopedic settings is an advantage.
• A background in pelvic floor rehabilitation or a desire to specialize is highly desirable.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to foster positive relationships with patients and colleagues.

Compensation and Benefits

The position offers a competitive salary range of USD 120,000 to 130,000 per year, commensurate with qualifications and experience.
