Rising Sun Physical Therapy is seeking an experienced Outpatient Physical Therapist, specializing in orthopedics, to join our dedicated team located in Pomona, California. Work Environment

You will be primarily working onsite, providing care within the home care setting, ensuring a comfortable and personalized environment for each patient. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments to create individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's specific needs.
• Utilize evidence-based practices to deliver effective orthopedic treatments while monitoring patient progress and adjusting care plans as necessary.
• Administer hands-on manual therapy techniques and educate patients about the benefits and values of physical therapy in achieving their health goals.
• Document patient interactions, treatment plans, and progress meticulously to maintain accurate records and enhance patient care continuity.
• Communicate effectively with both patients and colleagues, fostering an environment of collaboration, support, and continuous improvement.
• Participate actively in team meetings, contributing ideas for enhancing service delivery and patient outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Physical Therapist at Rising Sun, you will primarily care for outpatient orthopedic patients. Many of our clients seek rehabilitation for post-surgical recovery, sports injuries, chronic pain management, and general mobility improvement. You will engage with a diverse range of individuals, tailoring your treatment approaches to accommodate their unique conditions and personal goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy or related field (Master's or Doctorate preferred).
• Active Physical Therapy License in California.
• CPR certification preferred but not required.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in pelvic floor rehabilitation is highly desirable, as we seek to enhance our service offerings in this area.
• A strong background in orthopedic physical therapy techniques, with a proven track record of successful patient outcomes.
• Exceptional manual therapy skills, with a commitment to ongoing professional development and learning.

Compensation and Benefits

This role offers a competitive salary range of USD 120,000 to 130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Our benefits package includes:
