Rising Sun Physical Therapy is seeking a dedicated and experienced Orthopedic Physical Therapist to join our dynamic team in Salinas, California. Work Environment

This full-time position is onsite at our outpatient office in Salinas, California. Our office atmosphere is collaborative, supportive, and designed to facilitate effective treatment outcomes. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations to develop individualized treatment plans that align with patient goals and needs.
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and modalities.
• Educate patients on their conditions, treatment options, and techniques for managing pain and promoting healing.
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal recovery.
• Maintain accurate patient documentation and records in accordance with state regulations and facility policies.
• Collaborate effectively with other healthcare providers, including physicians and specialists, to enhance patient care.
• Stay informed on the latest techniques and advancements within physical therapy to continually improve patient outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary focus will include patients undergoing orthopedic rehabilitation, as well as those requiring pelvic floor recovery. You will engage with a diverse demographic of patients, emphasizing individualized care that addresses their unique situations. Our commitment to holistic health means employing a broad range of modalities and approaches tailored to the specific needs of each person.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy or a related field is required; a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) is preferred.
• A current Physical Therapy License in the state of California is required.
• A CPR certification, while preferred, can be obtained after hire.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in orthopedic physical therapy and knowledge of pelvic floor rehabilitation is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in manual therapy techniques, with a desire to further develop and refine these skills.
• Strong background in patient education and communication, with the ability to create clear and supportive environments for patients.
• Ability to work independently while also being a collaborative team member.

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation for this position ranges from USD 120,000 to 130,000 annually, dependent on qualifications and experience. In addition to competitive pay, we offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
