Work Environment

This role is an onsite home care position, allowing our Physical Therapists to provide treatment in the comfort of our patients' residences. Working in this environment fosters strong one-on-one relationships with patients, which is essential in delivering customized and effective rehabilitation solutions. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients to assess their physical condition, functionality, and rehabilitation needs.
• Develop individualized treatment plans that incorporate manual therapy techniques, therapeutic exercises, and education based on each patient's specific conditions and goals.
• Utilize effective communication by providing patients with progress updates, treatment rationales, and potential improvements in their physical health.
• Execute treatment protocols that may include modalities such as ultrasound, electrical stimulation, and other evidence-based interventions relevant to orthopedic care.
• Maintain meticulous documentation of patient progress, treatment modalities employed, and outcomes to ensure continuity of care and compliance with regulatory standards.
• Collaborate closely with other healthcare professionals and specialists to enhance the overall care experience for patients, ensuring a cohesive approach to rehabilitation.
• Actively participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay abreast of the latest physical therapy trends and techniques.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your work will primarily focus on clients with orthopedic concerns, including post-surgical recovery patients, individuals with chronic pain, and those requiring rehabilitation from acute injuries. You will be pivotal in helping these patients regain mobility and improve their overall physical wellness through dedicated care tailored to their unique needs.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy or a related field is required.
• A valid Physical Therapy License in California is mandatory.
• CPR Certification is preferred but not required.
• Strong understanding and experience in manual therapy techniques, particularly in the orthopedic specializations.
• Excellent time management skills to optimize patient workflow and maintain comprehensive records.

Preferred Experience

• Certification as a Pelvic Floor specialist is highly desirable.
• A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in outpatient physical therapy settings is preferred.
• Proven track record of implementing holistic health models in patient care, integrating various modalities to achieve the best outcomes.
• Demonstrated ability to engage in constructive communication with patients and colleagues to foster a supportive treatment environment.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 120,000 to 130,000 annually, depending on qualifications and experience. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
