Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patient conditions and develop tailored treatment plans aimed at achieving optimal rehabilitation outcomes.
• Implement and oversee specialized therapies, focusing on both orthopedic recovery and Pelvic Floor rehabilitation, as well as manual therapy techniques.
• Educate patients and their families on exercise programs, injury prevention, and self-management strategies to enhance their overall wellness.
• Ensure meticulous documentation and patient record-keeping consistent with legal and ethical standards, including progress notes and treatment outcomes.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members, including physicians and occupational therapists, to ensure an integrated approach to patient care.
• Stay updated on the latest research and advancements in physical therapy, applying new methods to improve treatment efficacy.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As an Orthopedic Physical Therapist at Rising Sun Physical Therapy, you will engage with a diverse patient population. Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited physical therapy program with a Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy or a higher degree.
• Active Physical Therapy License in California is required.
• CPR Certification is preferred but not mandatory.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 120,000 to 130,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
