Atlantic Health's Atlantic Visiting Nurse Department is seeking a skilled per diem Occupational Therapist provide therapeutic treatment in patient's homes in Union County on varying days from 8am-4pm.

QUALIFICATIONS

Essential Functions/Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and treat patients in their homes

Minimum Education:

• High School Diploma or GED, required
• Bachelor's in Occupational Therapy, required

Minimum Experience:

• 1 year of experience in homecare, strongly preferred

License/Certification:

• NJ License in Occupational Therapy, active and in good standing
• BLS, preferred
• Valid and unrestricted Driver License with a clean driving record, required.

Atlantic Rehabilitation offers comprehensive inpatient and outpatient services, including physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, audiology, wound care management and more.
