Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical conditions and devise comprehensive treatment plans focused on orthopedic recovery.
• Deliver one-on-one outpatient physical therapy sessions, employing techniques tailored to each individual's needs, including manual therapy, exercise prescription, and modality usage.
• Monitor patient progress, adjust treatment plans as required, and provide ongoing education to patients regarding their conditions and treatment protocols.
• Effectively document treatment sessions and patient outcomes in compliance with regulatory standards and organizational protocols.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic patient care, engaging with doctors, nurses, and other healthcare providers when necessary.
• Participate in continual professional development opportunities, enhancing skills in specialized areas such as Pelvic Floor rehabilitation.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our primary focus is on patients recovering from orthopedic surgeries, injuries, and chronic conditions. You will have the opportunity to work with individuals from diverse backgrounds, including athletes reclaiming their performance, post-operative patients, and those coping with chronic pain. Your role is crucial in not only restoring function but also empowering patients to take control of their health through education and active participation in their rehabilitation journey.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy is required; a Doctorate is preferred.
• A valid Physical Therapy License in California is necessary.
• CPR Certification is preferred but not mandatory.
• Demonstrated expertise in orthopedic physical therapy and familiarity with holistic health models.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in pelvic floor rehabilitation is highly desirable; certification in this area will set candidates apart.
• Strong background in manual therapy techniques.
• Proven ability to manage patient workflows efficiently, ensuring timely documentation and follow-up.
• A history of applying a patient-centered approach with excellent interpersonal communication skills.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 120,000 to 130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additionally, we provide a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
