Company Profile
CorePhysio
Company Overview
Being injured is profoundly inconvenient.
Our clients want to understand contributing factors, their treatment plan and the tools to be a good steward of their body 24/7/365 so that the injury doesn't happen again. They don't just want to be pain free, they want to feel like they can trust their body again and feel better than ever. They want holistic, integrative and compassionate care from someone who is experienced, qualified and really has a passion for their work.
We get it.
CorePhysio is a leader in the treatment of sports, spine, pelvic health and orthopedic conditions of the active and athletic population. Our clients are well educated, have researched their condition and are prepared with many questions about their condition and eventual return to sport. We are thrilled to participate in their care and encourage our clients to be active advocates and lifelong learners.
Company History
Elizabeth Hampton PT, DPT, WCS, BCB-PMD opened CorePhysio in 2004 with the goal of creating a boutique private practice in Historic Fairhaven to attract motivated and educated clientele who had high expectations for their care. The clinic has grown with a team of exceptional clinical and business professionals who bring their strengths to the team. CorePhysio clinicians are genuinely curious about their profession and their clients, with opportunities for mentorship and clinical collaboration. Hampton teaches nationally for Herman and Wallace Pelvic Rehabilitation Institute on the topics of urogynecologic pain and the orthopedic connection to pelvic floor dysfunction.
Hampton has been in practice since 1987 and believes that women's health, pelvic health and continence are specialties within orthopedic manual therapy. CorePhysio clinic provides comprehensive physical therapy services to everyone from post-partum mums to elite CrossFit athletes.
We deliver evidence-based care to our clients one-to-one in 45 minute treatment sessions. CorePhysio also offers low or no cost access to physical therapy screenings and educational presentations as part of our mission to serve our community.
Organizational health is a key part of our values, and this is supported with a yearly off site retreat as well as regular one to one clinician coaching and support meetings. These connections ensure that, amidst our busy lives, personal and professional growth is supported.
