Salary Range: $68,000 - $100,000
Flexible schedule
Monday through Friday work schedule, no weekends!
Qualification for up to $8,250 if moving to Evansville from out of state through EREP!

IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL:
- Lead the development and implementation of a physical therapy assistant program.
- Assist the Director of Physical Therapy with supervisory and managerial duties, as directed.
- Train and develop new staff physical therapists.
- Expand service opportunities in aquatic therapy and orthotic fittings/castings.
- Be part of a multi-disciplinary team providing physical therapy services throughout the client’s lifespan.
- Attend and participate in weekly team meetings with families and a multidisciplinary team of providers.
- Work with a diverse client population including neuro, ortho, pain and amputees.
- Advocate for families and children with complex needs
- Coordinate services with community agencies when needed
- Build positive relationships with families as clients achieve independence.
- Evaluate and develop treatment plans to assist clients in achieving their goals.
- Mentor students
REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS POSITION:
Education: B.S in Physical Therapy. Doctorate preferred.
Licensure: Must have or be willing to get Indiana licensure.
Strengths: Ability to lift 40 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs occasionally. Pass a physical, TB test, drug screen, and background checks
