Description

• Conduct pelvic health evaluations for women with varying conditions, using evidence-based assessment tools and techniques.
  Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for pelvic floor dysfunction, incontinence, postpartum recovery, pelvic pain, and other related conditions.
• Regularly assess patient progress, modify treatment plans as needed, and track outcomes toward clinical goals.
• Educate patients and families on exercises, lifestyle strategies, and self-care for pelvic health.
• Document all patient interactions and treatment plans accurately using electronic medical record systems.
• Collaborate with other healthcare providers and disciplines as needed for comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current pelvic health practices and continuing education.
• Supervise up to two therapy assistants if necessary.
• Ensure clinic operations run smoothly, including opening/closing, sanitation, and safety procedures.

Compensation

• Annual Salary: JPY 6,528,000
• Relocation Bonus: One-time JPY 220,000

Requirements

• Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) in your country of origin
• Specialized training or certification in pelvic health/pelvic floor therapy
• Experience treating women’s health and pelvic floor conditions.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a clinical setting.
• Strong communication skills and cultural sensitivity.
