Wellsprings Health is a boutique pelvic health physical therapy practice dedicated to providing expert, compassionate care for patients of all genders experiencing pelvic pain, bladder and bowel dysfunction, sexual health concerns, pregnancy and postpartum recovery, and other pelvic floor conditions. Our practice is built around heart-centered care, clinical excellence, and meaningful patient relationships, allowing clinicians the time and space to truly listen, problem-solve, and help patients restore function and confidence. 

We are seeking a full-time Pelvic Health Physical Therapist who is passionate about delivering thoughtful, individualized care and committed to developing mastery in pelvic health. Clinicians at Wellsprings work with a diverse and complex patient population in a collaborative environment that encourages curiosity, innovation, and professional growth while prioritizing the highest standard of patient care. 

Compensation includes salary, healthcare reimbursement, vision and dental benefits, IRA, CEU funding, paid documentation time, AI-assisted documentation, and structured mentorship.

Requirements

PT License

Basic pelvic floor coursework including PH1, PH2PP, PH2BD or equivalents

Experience treating pelvic floor population 

Interest in treating both female and male patients
