Anewu Physical Therapy ("a new you") is a growing, cash-pay practice with two established clinics in Boulder and Lafayette, Colorado, and expansion on the horizon. We specialize in orthopedics, pelvic health, and trigger point dry needling, offering 55-minute appointments that allow you to provide the kind of care you can be proud of — and build deep relationships with patients.

We are seeking a Clinical Manager to help lead and support our exceptional team while maintaining a manageable caseload. This is an ideal role for an experienced PT who wants to mentor others, contribute to clinic growth, and stay closely connected to patient care — all within a supportive, forward-thinking environment.

What You’ll Do:
Maintain a reduced clinical caseload to focus on leadership responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day clinical operations and quality assurance across one or both locations
Serve as a clinical mentor to a team of passionate PTs (including newer grads)
Help guide hiring, onboarding, and training for new team members
Collaborate on strategic decisions related to clinic growth and service offerings
Foster a culture of excellence, support, and continual learning

Requirements

Minimum 4 years of outpatient orthopedic PT experience
Leadership or mentoring experience strongly preferred
Proficient in orthopedic evaluation and treatment; dry needling and pelvic health a plus
Committed to a patient-first model and collaborative practice
Confident communicator and team leader with a growth mindset
Licensed to practice in Colorado (or eligible); CPR certified
Willing to work in Boulder and/or Lafayette with some on-site leadership presence
